Indian Navy has invited online applications from the eligible candidates to fill the 350 posts of MR (Matric Recruit) for Oct 2021 Batch. Candidates, who meet the eligibility criteria, can apply through the online mode only. There is no other way to submit the application form. Indian Navy MR Jobs 2021 Eligibility Criteria, Age Limit, Vacancy, Selection Process and Application Form

Educational Qualification – The candidate should be passed matriculation from a recognized Board/Institute.

Age Limit – Candidates should be born between 01 April 2001 to 30 Sep 2004 (both dates inclusive)

Pay & Allowances – During the initial training period, s stipend of Rs. 14600/- per month will be admissible. On successful completion of initial training, they will be placed in level 3 of the Defence pay matrix (Rs. 21,700 – 69,100).

Selection Process

Written Test

  • The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and objective.
  • The question paper will comprise of two sections i.e. Sciences, mathematics and General Knowledge.
  • The Standard of the question paper will be that 10th level and the syllabus for the examination is available on official website.
  • Duration of examination will be 30 minutes.

Physical Fitness Test

  • Running – 1.6 Kms to be completed in 7 minutes
  • Squats – 20
  • Push-ups – 10

Medical Standards

Medical examination will be conducted by authorized military doctors as per medical standard prescribed in current regulations applicable to sailors on entry.

Minimum Height – 157 cms
