Jammu and Kashmir Government has launched the online application form for the domicile certificate. Yet another promise fulfilled by UT Administration. Domicile certificates now to be issued online.
The Information Technology Department has developed the online “Application-cum-Issuance of Domicile Certificate” software for issuance of domicile certificate electronically. This application has also been integrated with e-sign application for the purpose of signing the Domicile Certificate by the competent authorities.
The issuance of Domicile Certificates by Competent Authorities (Tehsildars) would require the login credentials viz. user ID and password, which have been developed by IT Department.
