J&K Police Special Police Officers (SPOs) Selection Process:
The candidates possessing basic eligibility criteria viz age and educational qualification as prescribed here above shall be subject to the following tests:-
Physical Endurance Test

Male | 1600 meters race to be completed in 6 minutes and 15 seconds. |
Female | 1000 meters race to be completed in 6 minutes and 15 seconds |
Push Ups For Male Candidates Only | 20 (Up and Down) |
