Applications are invited from the candidates of district Kathua residing within 0-10 kms from Border (IB/LOC/ALC/AGPL) having border certificates issued by competent authority concerned for their engagement as Special Police Officers (SPOs) in J&K Police against the monthly honorarium as admissible in terms of policy of the Government for such engagements against 89 positions of SPOs for Border area.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed matriculation examination or equivalent from any Govt. recognized institute before the cut off date for submission of application form.

J&K Police Special Police Officers (SPOs) Jobs 2021 Age Criteria:

Age Limit as on 01 Jan 2021

Minimum – 18 years

Maximum – 28 years

Candidate born before 1^st Jan 1993 and after 31^st Dec 2002 shall not be eligible.

JK Police SPOs Bharti 2021 Selection Process:

PET – Physical Endurance Test

PST – Physical Standard Test

JK Police Special Police Officers (SPOs) Jobs 2021 Physical Standard Test:

For Male Candidates-

Height – 5’-6” and above

Chest – 32” (Normal)

Chest – 33½” (expanded)

For Female Candidates –

Height – 5’-2” and above

JK Police Special Police Officers (SPOs) Physical Endurance Test (PET) Detail:

For Male Candidates –

Running – 1600 meters to be completed in 6 minutes and 15 seconds.

Pushups – 20 (Uthak-Baithak)

For Female Candidates –

Running – 1000 meters race in 06 minutes and 15 seconds.
