Executive Engineer (Elect.) – Holding the post of Executive Engineer (Elect.) on regular basis or Assistant Engineer (Elect.) with 08 years of regular service in the grade of Assistant Engineer (Elect.) and possessing a Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
