Educational Qualification

Inspector of Income Tax – Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.

Tax Assistant – Bachelor’s Degree and Data Entry Speed of 800 key depressions per hour

MTS – Matriculation

Sports Qualification – Sportsmen who have represented a State / Country in the National or International Competition/ represented their University in the Inter-University Tournaments/State School Teams/Win National Awards.

Age Limit as on 01.08.2021

Income Tax Inspector – 18 to 30 years

Tax Assistant – 18 to 27 years

Multitasking Department – 18 to 25 years

Upper relaxation is applicable as per the government norms.

General/OBC – 05 years

SC/ ST – 10 years

Selection Process
