ARO Jammu Agniveer Open Bharti Rally 2022 @Jorawar Stadium, Sunjuwan Military Station Jammu: Army Recruiting Office Jammu (ARO) is going to organize an open recruitment rally for the eligible candidates of the districts of Udhampur, Rajouri, Poonch, Reasi, Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar, Jammu, Samba & Kathua from 07 October 2022 to 20 October 2022 at Jorawar Stadium, Sunjuwan Military Station, Jammu. Gates will be open by 0300 hrs and close by 0800 hrs on each day. Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 05 August 2022 to 03 September 2022. candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the admit card.

Indian Army has invited online applications to fill the posts of GD-Agniveer Soldier General Duty, Agniveer Clerks and Agniveer Tradesman. Candidates, who meet the eligibility criteria, can apply through the online mode only. There is no other way to submit the application form. For other details read the notification given below.

J&K ARO Jammu Open Bharti Rally 2022 at Jorawar Stadium Jammu – Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification for Agniveer Soldier GD

Class 10th /Matric pass with 45/% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following grading system, min of ‘D’ grade (33% – 40%) in individual subjects or equivalent grades with 33% in individual subjects and overall aggregate of ‘C2’ grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.

Note: Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License will be given preference for Driver requirements.

2. Educational Qualification for Agniveer (Technical All Arms)

10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Ohysics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.

4. Educational Qualification for Agniveer Clerk/Store Keeper Technical (all arms)

10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Science, Commerce) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in CI XII is mandatory.

5. Educational Qualification for Agniveer Tradesman

Class 10th pass and no stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored 33% in each subject.

Age Limit for Agniveer Soldier GD/Technical/Clerks/Tradesman

Minimum – 17.5 years

Maximum – 23 years

The candidate should be born between 01 Oct 1999 to 01 April 2005

ARO Jammu Agniveer Open Bharti Rally 2022 Pay Allowances & Allied Benefits

Seva Nidhi Package – On discharge at 4 years, the corpus of Rs.5.02 lakhs will be matched by the GOI. An amount of Rs. 10.4 lakhs and accrued interest will be given to the Agniveers.

Payment Modality – Seva Nidhi Package – Two options to receive Seva Nidhi package will be provided to each Agniveer, with an aim to provide financial loans for self-employment/ entrepreneurship through a bank Guarantee as also to meet immediate/incidental expenses, on exit.

Allowances – The Agniveer pay is a composite package and he will not be eligible for any Dearness Allowances and Military Service Pay. He will get applicable Risk & Hardship, Ration, Dress and Travel Allowances as decided by the GOI from time to time.

Life Insurance Cover – Agniveer will be provided non-contributory life insurance cover of Rs. 48 lakhs for the duration of their engagement period and they will not be eligible for Army Group Insurance Fund (AGIF) Schemes/ benefits.

ARO Jammu Agniveer Open Bharti Rally 2022 Procedure for Online Registration

1. All candidates to log in to the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in and check their eligibility status and create their profile

2. Online registration (submission of application) will commence on 05 August 2022 and closes on midnight 03 September 2022.

3. Candidates will log in after 26 September 2022 and take a printout of the admit card which they will carry to the rally site.

4. Candidates will be allowed to participate in the rally if they produce a correct & original Admit Card along with an Affidavit for details duly attested by the notary and as per the format given at Appx ‘D’ of the official notification link given below.

Army Recruitment Rally under Agnipath Scheme will be held at Jorawar Stadium, Sunjuwan Military Station, Jammu. Admit Card for the rally will be sent through registered email from 19 September to 25 September 2022. Candidates shall reach the venue on the given date and time as mentioned in Admit Card.
