JKBOSE Scholarship Notification – Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students
Inviting online applications for fresh Batch 2019, 1st renewal of Batch 2018, 2ndRenewal of Batch 2017 and 3rd Renewal of Batch 2016 on National Scholarship Portal.

It is notified for information that online scholarship applications under Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship CSS for College and University Students sponsored by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), New Delhi through the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education are being invited through National Scholarship Portal by or before 31 October 2019.
The students who have passed their Higher Secondary Examination, Part-II (Class 12th)Session Annual, Regular 2018, Kashmir Division/Winter Zone of Jammu Division and Annual Regular 2019 in case of Summer Zone Areas of Jammu Division, falling with Top 20 percentile and follow the below mentioned eligibility criteria are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- The overall family income should not exceed Rs. 8 lakh per annum.
- The student should not be availing any other scholarship from any other source.
- The student should be pursuing undergraduate course (First Year) in any stream.
The application after successfully completion will be validated online by the University College/Institutions in which the student is studying at graduate/post graduate level
Also, the candidates of Kashmir Division and winter Zone areas of Jammu Division who have passed 12th class examination in session Annual Regular 2018, are advised to fill the passing year 2019 while applying online for grant of scholarship under Central Sector Scholarship Scheme (CSSS).
