J&K Armed Police has released the Physical Fitness Test Dates for the posts of Special Police Officers (SPOs) under sports quota. The physical fitness test will start from 13.02.2021 (Jammu Division) and 22.02.2021 (Kashmir Division). Candidates, who have applied for the posts of Special Police Officers (SPOs) in armed police, can their PST/PET date through this webpage.

For Male Candidates-

Height – 5’-6” and above

Chest – 32” (Normal)

Chest – 33½” (expanded)

For Female Candidates –

Height – 5’-2” and above

JK Armed Police Special Police Officers (SPOs) Physical Endurance Test (PET) Detail:

For Male Candidates –

Running – 1600 meters to be completed in 6 minutes and 15 seconds.

Pushups – 20 (Uthak-Baithak)

For Female Candidates –

Running – 1000 meters race in 06 minutes and 15 seconds.
